As a Player Agent, Col provides mentoring and guidance to our clients throughout their careers and offers advice and services regarding the negotiation of professional contracts.
Col has a long history of involvement in rugby league as a player an coach and also as a manager and selector of under-age regional, state and national representative teams which has enabled him to build a vast network of contacts and relationships within the sport.
Drawing on his previous experience in the finance, sales and recruitment industries, Col is well-equipped to seek commercial and professional opportunities for our clients.
Col is an Accredited Player Agent with both the NRL and RUPA.

Troy is a married father of 2 children and grew up in Murwillumbah on the Tweed Coast.
He moved from the Tweed to the NRL ranks as young player with the South Sydney Rabbitohs and had stints with the South QLD Crushers and the Parramatta Eels.
From there Troy moved into Coaching, Development and Administration roles on the Gold Coast and Central Coast before returning to Parramatta coaching the Under 20s in 2006 and the SG Ball Grand Final teams in 2007 and 2008.
Troy is able to draw on his history as both a Player and a Coach who has progressed through the Rugby League systems to the ultimate level as a professional. His time in rugby league has not only given him a wealth of industry contacts but also personal experiences which enable him to provide honest guidance and advice to young players regarding their careers both on and off the field.

As CFO, Matt is responsible for the day to day operations of Life Arena and provides personal financial guidance and assistance to our clients. Matt also assists our Player Agents in providing financial and taxation advice on the structure of our clients’ contracts.
Matt is a licenced Tax Agent with bachelor degrees in Commerce (Accounting & Finance) and Leisure Management (Sport) and is a qualified CPA.

Simon is an NRL & RUPA Accredited Player Agent with a strong background in cricket and rugby union, including many years of honorary service as a team manager and board member.

Simon has completed a Bachelor of Business and has previously worked in Sales and Marketing.
